Account Suspended even after arrangements weremade

I am in arrears for two months for my Vodacom account but I made arrangements lst month to pay R1800 towards it to avoid suspension, today i received a call from their call centre discrediting that arrangement even though i had made the necessary payment to avoid suspension. My line has been suspended and after two months, an arrangement with Vodacom and a payment made this month!!! They very well acknowledge that fact but still cut my line. The amount owing is not entirely for my cellphone contract but as well as my Vodafone Internet stick of which I thought would be treated as two separate accounts, they should suspend the internet stick because my cellphone usage does not equate to R1800 per month... The call centre failed in explaining anything to me, its a case of different agents doing different things and not corresponding in what they have said to me. They failed in concise and proper explanation that i would understand and be fine with and I believe i was treated unfairly to have my line blocked even with the arrangements made that i was assurred would ensure that this does not happen
