Mysterious missing data bundle

Where to begin? Firstly my fianc? e and I attempted to get a new cell contract and port from Vodacom. Despite the issues we had there, we eventually got the phone and contract. That was on the January 14. The contract included 250MB per month of data, which to this day (3 February), she has still not received, despite multiple calls to another consultant at the store (who eventually helped me sort out the contract). Visits to the store or calls to the call centre end in frustration as everybody blames the "technical guys", and there is no help, sympathy or even apologies from anybody involved.

What I want to know: What is going on with this contract, when will my fianc? e get her 250MB and what will be done to compensate for the frankly terrible, shocking service we have received? And I will be even more furious if the 13th rolls around and there is still no resolution to this issue and no data bundle again for February.
