Cancellation of contract

I have cancelled my contract in September and was advised that the last debit order will be running of my account in October. On the 27th October I then switched over to prepaid. On the 15th November my account was debited with an amount of 1100.56. On the 15th of December my account was debited with an amount of R430.00. I have since moved to Cell C as the service that I am receiving from them is far better then what I have received from Virgin Mobile. On the 1 January 2014 my account was credited with airtime. I am unable to use this as I am no longer on the network. I need your company for once all to cancel the debit from your side as I am no longer with the company and I do no wish to continue with your company. I need your company to call me immediately and the money to be reimbursed my account. This service that I receiving from your company is totally unacceptable and shocking.
