I am not very happy with the service that Cell C is giving me.
My account that has been paid has been suspended.
Story is, the debit order was moved to the 15th of each month. As usual, nobody takes note of that so the amount that was supposed to be debited at the 15th of November was debited on the 31st of October. which is fine, as the amount was paid. Then they tried taking the amount that was supposed to be taken off on the 15th of December (which would usually be debited at the end of November) and did not go though. so now my account is in "arrears" and suspended which was paid for. I am home alone with a 2 month old baby and cannot afford to not have a phone that is not working. If this is not fixed by the end of tomorrow, I will consider to cancel the contract with immediate effect. I switched to Cell C because of issues like this and thought I would get better service but that is not the case.
