CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT - STILL DEBITING ACCOUNT

At the beginning of December 2012, I cancelled my Virgin Mobile contract. Was told that my last debit order would be at the end of December. To date, I am still having my account debited!!!

After NUMEROUS calls to Virgin Mobile (where they have even read their notes back on the system to me confirming all of this), they have confirmed the error is on their side and that I would be reimbursed and that somebody from management would be calling me.

It is now the 8 April 2013, I have had no telephone call or been reimbursed. WHAT DO I DO FROM HERE??

How do I get my money back?
