Still on Credit Bureau Listing

I would like to know why I am still on the Credit Bureau Listing when the debt was repaid in October 2010 as per the paid up letter that I received from Snyman & Partners. I find this totally disgusting.

I have also requested a letter stating that I have made arrangements to pay of my current debt with African Bank at R250-00 per month but they are unable to give this to me and say that they can't. I have phoned a good few times only to be told that someone will get back to me with my query and to date, NOTHING
