Capitec Bank

I had a loan account with Capitec which went into six month arrears. The last communication they sent me before I settled was that I would be taken to attorneys and I paid soon after that. There was never any mention that they would have put an adverse listing on my account - Default. Capitec should have communicated the Default listing just as they had communicated the legal action, it is unlawful for them to continue with such action without the necessary communication. I would like the Default listing removed from all credit bureaux because it was never communicated with me. I have alreeady lodged a dispute with Experian.
