Bis money deducted but no service supplied

My name is Thembelihle and i am flubagasted by Vodacom service. I called customer care line in November 29th due to me loading bis (R59) but I couldn't connect although I got the sms that the bis service has been deducted. The consultant said my claim is in queue to be helped. I called several times but still no assistance was given. I called again yesterday coz i had loaded Bis again and also I got the sms confirming that the bis service has been deducted and a consultant tried doing manual settings on my phone but it didn't work. I called again today and still they cant help. I spoke to a consult by the name of Gabsile. In essence Vodacom has taken R118 of my air time for a service that I didn't even receive which is unfair as I still havent received help. It seems like Vodacom is committing a an act of dishonesty and is not owning up to helping its customers. Im at a position where I just think Vodacom needs to fix this immediately or give me my airtime back since they lacking to assist their customers
