e- mail Ref Contract expiry [#6934809] - "Records show that the request was sent to our Cancellation Team to cancel the contract, reference number 102330584"

I send numerous e-mails to you confirming that my contract expires and has been cancelled in September 2013. But you are still deducting money from my account. On the 26th of November 2013 I send an e-mail again asking why you are deducting money from my account without a reply.

If my money is not paid back to me in next week I'm handing you over to my lawyer and the ombudsman since you've had enough time to rectify your mistake.
