Disgusted with MTN

MTN have send my wife to the Laywers regarding a contact that expired last year November, we have an e-mail stating clearly that we wanted the contract terminated, they stopped deducting money from the account after the e-mail but they still run to the Debt collectors. They will prompt you to sign contracts but immediately when it expires they don't stop deducting.
