I have a serious problem with MTN. Monies have been going off my Pre-paid airtime without my consent and no help from MTN. Contacted the Call Centre, told me to dial *141*5# & then option 3 to see all the VAS subscribers listed to your acc. Then I can stop the VAS subcribers. Now I have to personally phone all the companies that my airtime (with consent from MTN) to retrieve all my airtime back. They send you an sms, if you delete the sms (ignoring the sms), then the VAS company subscribes you. Or you can send an opt-out sms for R5. Daylight, how does MTN keep letting this happen and expect the client to sort this out.
