R15k data bill, R12k over the credit limit!

My R149 p/m contract dongle data service just tried to debit R15k from my bank account (over 100x the previous 6 months average). This is on an account with a credit limit of R3125.

I have just put through about 8 calls to the MTN call centers - 0831808, 0831233032, 0831237867. Results included dropped calls and timeouts. No help!
