On the 23rd November I did a Sim swop at the Clearwater Mall Branch on a Data Card. The form was completed using the correct account number and were assured it had been done. 2 days later we were contacted and told we had used over R 5000 worth of data and would be billed for it.
The branch had captured the incorrect account number and swopped the sim card on a VOICE contract we have with them.
We have tried to get them to sort this out and I have contacted the MD help desk only to be told they would pay half the amount as we used the data. I accept this and requested that hey take the cost off the data I had already paid for. It has been 2 weeks since the last correspondence from them. On calling the help desk again this morning I was informed the lady who assisted me is on leave and her manager not available.
What should I do now? The MD helpdesk was my last resort.
I hate that I have to do this to get someone to help me.
