BAD service IS A UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

On 23 sept. I asked assistant at sanlam vodacom branch to help. I lost all my nrs on my phone, i needed my ipad nr to load data. He took my sim card number and said he will get the number and load a mymeg250 i paid for. After he loaded, he gave me the nr but the number he gave me was 0793916841. The data did not show. Two weeks ago i still did not have the data, data already lapsed. I bought mymeg30, on the same number, still did not show. Took my tablet to another store, they tested the nr, it was wrong. The correct nr was 0763916841. I informed him that i need the data, he refused, said i made the mistake, manager kept passing the buck. Today i told him (i raised my voice because its almost two months later) that he must load the data, today otherwise im going to report him, his response, go ahead. I turned to the manager, she starts screaming at me, in front of other clients. Told me" but look how you are speaking to him" i had the full right to be upset. After she kept on screaming at me i told her that she is not worth a managers... Thats how i felt. The assistant then shouted after me" remember what you said! " Still clients in the shop. You handle it further.
