Yesterday my Galaxy S4 went on the blink, this morning i take into MTN as my phone is still under warranty. it is assumed the phone must go in for repairs and it will take 6 days. I asked for a temporary replacement phone and the answer is NO. so now i must go and buy a small phone((R400) to use temporarily. upon taking out my SIM card i realize it is small and now i have to do a SIM swap (R130) for a larger sim card.
While filling in the booking form i am informed that i have to supply everything in the original box to fulfill the warranty requirements including the PHONE CHARGER. which is lost. so now i have to buy a NEW PHONE, A NEW SIM CARD AND A NEW BATTERY CHARGER (R500)!!!
What is the point of the warranty if i have to pay (R1030) to get things fixed,
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! What shocking AFTER CARE SUPPORT!!!
