Cancellation request processed incorrectly

My premature cancellation request have not been processed correctly after submitting the relevant supporting documentation and making the relevant premature cancellation payments.

I have also requested Vodacom for my cellphone number to be retained (and converted to) on prepaid. However, I am unable to use the phone as pre-paid. Whenever I try to load airtime on the phone I receive an error message, and when I do a balance check it appears that the phone number in question is still on contract. I have reported the issue to Vodacom and Vodacom has incorrectly confirmed that the request was processed successfully.

This is not the case as I am still not able to use the phone as prepaid. Whenever I do a balance check (*111#) I receive a message that the phone is on contract, and when I try to load airtime I receive an error message stating that the phone is on contract.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the situation. I have emigrated to Switzerland and are currently not able to use this phone number as a prepaid option as I planned to do. I also bought R 165.00 (R 55.00 and R 110.00) worth of airtime vouchers which I am unable to load on this cellphone number.
