Today (29 June 2013) I tried to purchase airtime online (R200) and when I got to the confirmation page it told me an error had occurred, I should try again. So I started from the beginning, and this time tried with a 500MB Data Bundle (R159) and was also given an error message. I really needed airtime, and your airtime check *111# was out of service, so naturally, given the error messages, I assumed my balance was still zero, and went and bought R110 and R55 airtime from a shop. Tried to load it (the R55) and was once again told "cannot be completed at this time, try again later". I then gave up. Two hours later suddenly EVERYTHING kicked in. I am now EXTREMELY angry, as I have now spent over R520 on airtime I actually only wanted to spend R200 for because your systems cannot be kept up to date. Is there any way for you to reverse these charges? As this is actually disgusting that you can tell me my transaction has not been processed and then it has actually gone through. I do not have use for R524 worth of airtime!!!???
