I cannot believe that Vodacom are unable to assist me with regards to Bayport (Who is a service provider of Vodacom) queries. My contract with BAyport expired June 2013 with cell number 0824563125. I reminded them in advance not to continue with the contract due to bad service in the past. In June 2013 I sent them a second reminder and on bobe occasions they accepted that I no longer want to make use of their services. Last week I purchased some airtime to load BIS on my blackberry but with no luck as the phone was still loaded as a contract phone. I have contacted Bayport and I was told that they will divert the phone to prepaid and I will be able to load bis on Saturday the 7th of December 2013. I have contacted Vodacom again this morning and the phones are still not diverted to prepaid. In previois complaints there 48 hours turned out to be a week! this is unaceptable as I have have paid up my phone and should not be inconvenient like this because of bad services. Today Monday, however not yet resolved...
