I was contacted on Thursday by Jerry after I logged a complaint on Sunday. He phoned me on Friday to say that the phone was re-checked and the original findings stand. Firstly It took CellC less than 24 hours to complete a three week process. Secondly the store has been in possession of my phone for three months now, I take the up-most care of my phone, no idea what happens behind closed doors. Thirdly I have no direct contact with Jerry only a 084140 number, not even an e-mail address. Fourthly I was told that I can go for a second opinion but as far as CellC is concerned the matter is closed. They will not book the phone in again even if my findings are different. It feels like a case of David and Goliath, sorry but I will not be renewing anything with you guys, neither my wife or a colleague at work. This story for me does not hold water, my experience I will share with many others and they must decide for themselves. "David" will have to throw as many stones as possible. Fairness is all we ask and expect for the money we spend by you year after year!!! I am not at my phone during office hours send me an e-mail address if you want to respond
