Telkom lines last year May month

We live near Rietbron in the Eastern Cape, our Telkom lines were May 2012 and they say they are not going to replace the lines. They told us that they will replace it with a space stream system in November 2012. It is now February 2013 and still we do not have a phone and there is no one that can give us a date on when we will have a phone. We live on a farm where the cellphone service is not good. And we need the landline to do our business.
This is unexcepteble to wait 10 months for a phone!! Our neighbours line were also and replaced within 2 weeks!!
Our lines that was for the firts time, and Telkom told us that they will replace lines that were one time. And they just can give us an answer!! We wait and wait and wait!!
