1. My phone lines went down months ago 2. Telkom said the line was faulty and put in temporary lines 3. No permanent lines put in for months, was told to dig a trench and buy pipes?? since when does the customer have to buy supplies and dig trenches? Pipe bought, trench dug. 4. no permanent lines put in for months until complained numerous times. 5. technician tells me trench not deep enough and must redig? Trench was fine 4 months ago! 6. technician comes in yesterday and does half a job because there is not enough pipe but I bought what I was told to. 7. this morning phone lines down again and I call Telkom and get told they are working on lines... I ask when it will be sorted out get told today, I ask when today and consultant puts phone down on me.
I am at the end of my patience here. I will not buy more pipe, I will not dig trenches and I want service. This is ridiculous.
