I have tried cancelling my account TWICE earlier this year, and have received no feedback. Now my contract should be officially over anyway, I am still receiving invoices and my account is being debited. I have recieved very little to no service from them over the last year, due to bad reception etc. and no acknowledgement of my request to cancel or the fact that my contract is naturally coming to an end.
