I went to pay my Telkom account at the direct store, I was assisted by the store manager and gave her my number for her to pick up my account details and copy me a statement . she replies this number does not exist and I say that's impossible . so I asked her to repeat the number and it was ridiculously wrong .so she said next time that I need to speak properly so I told her that I did and she got all upset and just caused a commotion in the store... started swearing at me and when I asked for the manager she just said get out of my face... next I asked for her name and she replied... speak to the hand (with her hand up) its none of your business. I honestly think that nobody will accept treatment like that in a store where by you need great customer service. I am highly upset and will not tolerate service like that again!!!
