Unauthorised billing on a cancelled account

I took out 4 telkom mobile lines on behalf of our company for work purposes, we experienced technical difficulties with the handsets and could not use the units. It was brought to service provider's attention and no one even bother to get back to us even knowing that we were a corporate client without communication in our field of business. Numerous visits to Telkom Mobile stores were made, but the situation was passed on from one person to the other so bad that a decision was made to cancel all four lines and any future business with Telkom mobile. They are so unorganized that even though the contract have been cancelled with the three months ago, they still deduct money from our account without our consent. Telkom Mobile Direct need to get their house in order and employ staff that are capable of doing the job and ensure client satisfaction, can we please have our money back that have been deducted unlawfully
