No answer from customer service

The following is a letter that we emailed to Vodacom business customer service, as we could not get an answer from the call centre we dialed and we could not find an email address for a customer call centre. They have not even acknowledged this email.

To Whom It May Concern

Further to a number of telephonic and personal complaints I have made with no success, I am writing to you to see if Vodacom are going to accept that my complaint is legitimate and will do something about it. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for many years, although not always with the same number. Your records will show that I currently have two telephones on my account, viz. 079 914 8220 and 082 562 7225. It is the first number that we now have the problem with.

Some time ago I received a call from "Vodacom", or so I was led to believe. The guy that called told me that I was a valued customer and he would like to assist me in ensuring that I would pay less on my monthly accounts in future (listen to the recordings). I was very specific about stressing that I did not want to pay more as I would prefer not to renew but to rather carry on with a Pay-as-u-go arrangement. The reason being, that I am
