2nd complaint and nothig resolved!!! FSB to follow

After my first complain on hello peter, mtn eventually came back to me. I paid the money to have the contracts cancelled on 23 Dec 2013. I have already sent the proof of payment to have the cancellations processed. It is the 2nd of Jan 2014 and it is still not cancelled. Im also already waiting more than 20 min on the phone for the retentions department to answer their phones. I am getting fedup and will take this further if not attended to today! I have already paid the ballance to settle the contracts, but now the debit orders is gonna go off my account and i will be charged for money i already paid. Get this sorted asap plz!
