I need to add a new line to a long-standing account. I don't want a new contract, i don't have the time to waste on endless paperwork. I've had this contract for years. But when I wanted to add the line I was asked to fill in forms, was told by your head office that my account wasn't up to date - because the monthly debit order for December had not yet been deducted. It's not my fault that your finance department debited my account late. Why is everything so complicated? You spend so much money on marketing and advertising for new customers, but why don't you spend a little bit more time ensuring that your existing long-term customers are happy? All I want is the new line, new phone, rica'd sim card and that's it. It should take a total of about 15 minutes to get all that done from start to finish, instead of being interrogated and made to feel like I'm guilty of something! Makes me think it might be time to take my contract elsewhere.
