It is daylight if your phone get and you need to get a sim swap and you have a straight up contract you must pay R150.00. If you are prepaid customer it will cost you only R 10.00. This is not daylight this is taking customers for a ride. It is the same process and effort but it is cheaper not to have long term commitments with Cell C. i get the message i will start looking for another service provider. it is not acceptable to be taken for a ride like this. Then i will prefer to pay R1.68 per minute instead of paying 99c per minute. Since Cell C started this pricing they see where ever they can nail their contract customers. Even their contracts has suddenly changed with the same attitude. They are claiming on national TV they do it to the customers advantage. WHAT A JOKE. KEEP ON TREATING ALL OF YOUR CONTRACT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND SEE HOW LONG YOU WILL STILL BE IN BUSINESS.
