I have had a Vodacom contracted for over 10 years. This is the first time my cell phone is giving me problems, so I wanted to send it in for repairs they said it will take up to 5 weeks. I cant go for 5 weeks without a phone, so I wanted to do a early upgrade, they say I cant do that because of may average spending being to low. Know I must cancel my contract and take out a new contact, so I call the cancelation department they say I cant cancel may contract they are doing invoices until the 3 July, I must call the next day, so I do so again they tell me I cant cancel my contract they are doing invoices until the 4July. I have made a compliant the ref S3-TVO2V-VCIT, they said they will contact me within 24 hours that was 3days ago still nothing.

This is very bad client service, there is no Loyalty for long standing customers.
And the info from call centres is, and a waste of time
