I took out a new contract and received my phone on 3 Dec. it was then returned within 7 days due to device fault as suggested by the sale staff. he promised to call the next day with feedback on replacement saying it will not take more than 3 days to replace. i got no feedback for weeks. the store number does not work and i had to make numerous special trips to the store to follow up, overtime saying they will call me. the sales staff rudely said 'well i am busy to call you' when i went to the store last. other customers were shocked at the way he spoke to me. i now don't have a phone for about 3 weeks but got billed for the full use. i sent an email to the store manager who did not provide any feedback in the past week. i hate the service from mtn and wish i could cancel this contract that i have not had any use to the device. i contacted the operations manager who says i can't cancel. i am expected to pay for a phone that i do not have in my possession
