Still no resolution

After my initial post a woman did call me a couple of days later asking me to explain everything to her... lol how terrible is that if all the information is on her computer. Very unprofessional.

The NC store manager said I should just cancel the contract as it is still in its 60 days. The store handled it for about 2 weeks not getting any response from head office, I had to go in to the store and phone them myself to find out what the problem is and why no one is getting any feedback. Mona (a manager/supervisor) told me she will handle it and after another 2 weeks I have not been contacted or given any feedback and they dont want to give the store their co-operation.

I'm handing this case over to the ombudsman as it seems that legal action is the only way to get something resolved if it involves this company.
