Store Manager to busy for Client Feedback

On the 20th of January 2014 I phoned your Vodacom Store in Mall @ Reds. I spoke to Mr. Johan Geldenhuys regarding the upgrade of my wife's data contract.

Mr. Geldenhuys indicated that he needs to gather more information regarding the specific contract as it has been downscaled to not include a device. He indicated that he will phone me back in a couple of minutes. The whole day has passed and yet no call came from Mr. Geldenhuys.

I had to follow up today 21 January 2014 regarding feedback on the issue. Mr. Geldenhuys indicated that the enquiry takes up to 48 hours. I asked why he could not just give me a courtesy call to indicate that the issue might take that long to which he replied he was very busy.

To tell a client that you are too busy is in poor taste to say the least. This is the worst service I have ever received from any Vodacom Store. I will never make use of that specific store again. The most embarrassing issue for your store must be that Mr. Geldenhuys is the store Manager, which must mean he leads by example, I can't imagine how poor the rest of your staff'
