A month ago I received a call from one of FNB agent, they offered me a contract were you get 2 phones and pay R150. I accepted the offer and was told that I will get 2 Nokia phone (203 and 306) with 2 sim cards. They delivered 2 Nokia 203 and I called them to notify them that they sent me two of the same phone. It took them a week to come collect the other phone and they took the other sim card as well. To bring back the correct phone it took them 3 weeks and I had to complain to get it. They only delivered a phone without the sim card and when I called to notify them again of their mistake. Was told by the supervisor to go to any Vodacom shop and do a sim swap and that will be for free.
I went to Vodacom and I was told to pay R63.00 because its a contract sim card. I did pay and when I contacted FNB I was told there is nothing they can do, I need to contact Vodacom.

My question is why should I contact Vodacom when I was called by FNB and why do I have to pay that R63.00 whe I also have to pay that R150 every month? I dont think that is fair. I need to be refunded that R63, 00, Its not my problem that they dont do their job properly. This is just horrible service
