Dont want to deal with Vodacom anymore!!!

I am very upset with the Vodacom outlet in East Rand mall, i went there on Sunday, the 10th of March 2013 and bought a data bundle for R1500 which the lady suggested to me, only to find out that it will not work on my number at home as i have a contract. I immediately went back to the store to ask why they had sold it to me and they said that they assumed i was prepaid. They said they will do refund as there machine can not reverse the transaction and a refund can't be done on the card and that they will call me back. The next day my fianc? went to the store to ask for feedback as we still haven't heard anything, she gave them my banking details in the hope that we will get somewhere. Still no phone call, my fianc? went again on Wednesday and i went on Friday (petrol running free these days). They had told me that it was done on Friday. Today is Tuesday, the 19th of March, 9 days after Vodacom made a mistake and i still haven't gotten my money. Why must i sit and wait for them to fix the mistake they made in the first place. I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, but i will be first to say the minute they are done, i will be moving to a network that cares more about customer satisfaction
