Cell & Satelite Kimberley allowed acc

On the 1st of November 2013 the amount of almost R1500 was deducted from my Nedbank bank account when i went in to the bank to query this they said it`s for my MTN account which i`ve never even opened because i work for Vodacom. I went to MTN and they said on the 1st of October 2013 x2 MTN accounts was opened on my name in Cell & Satelite Kimberly (which i don`t even know where it is). Since then i`ve been battling in and out of MTN stores with my affidavit to get this sorted out and it`s still being deducted with the amount now already at R3956.74. The manager of Cell & Satelite just keeps on saying she will sort it out but since then i havn`t heard a word from her as well. Every month this debit order is causing all my other debit orders being returned and it`s costing me R500 per month in bank charges. I want this sorted out ASAP otherwise i will be taking this matter to court and i also want a refund of all my bank charges i had to stand in for because of their stupidity!!! I also want my name cleared on ITC since this wasn`t my doing. I am going on maternity leave and can`t afford for this to happen again!!! Regards Very off person. Suzanne Genade
