Still not working after replacement

Went to collect my new speed stick at Festival Mall, only to find that it is still not working after I received a call from Cell C customer care. The new item is missing a memory card (NO MEMORY CARD). Thanks a lot Cell-C, you wasted my petrol and time. Please just refund me. I have already spend almost half of the money trying to fix this problem. ref CLC998624
