Very Dissapointed!!

I took my phone in for repairs at Rosebank Cell C a month ago, got it back yesterday but my memory card is missing, took this up with the manager Willard who told me that i should have taken it out when i gave the phone in, which i told him its his staff's responsibility to explain this to the customers. he then told me that there's nothing that he can do and its my fault..he will call the Repairs but he cant promise anything, with this don't care attitude! I'm very hurt and disappointed!!! The level of service is really shocking! My memory card contains all my stuff and i don't understand how can they take it and just don't care??? I want it back!
