Impossible to upgrade

I have been trying to upgrade my contract and phone since April 2013. The Vodacom web site goes round in circles and nothing works. I have left contact details on the web site, I have dialled every possible number but am getting nowehere. I KNOW what I want to do but cant find anyone at Vodacom who can assist. PLEASE SORT YOUR WEB SITE! lt used to work perfectly. Now it is a disaste
