PROBLEM WITH MY CELL - SPEED STICK

Dear sir i bought a cell - c 3 g speed stick from the cell - c shop in stamfordhill road four months ago and for the 2 months its not working properly. I did contact the cell - c customer services and they promised to fix it and nothing has happened. I now decided to cancell my contract but despite making several calls to them regarding my cancellation they dont wnat to do it.
