Approved Credit Refund never paid and no feedback

After a previous complaint on Hellopeter regarding a incorrect double billing after an admitted error made by a MTN employee, the credit payment was approved according to Vanolia and Craig at the Kimberley MTN branch, but nothing was payed back to us yet, and also promised feedback from them was repeatedly not followed through. Everytime I enquired about the issue they made promises to follow up but I always have to phone back as they never came back to me. IT seems like they looking to delay the payment or make excuses and dragging out time so we will just get annoyed enough to leave it. The refund is more than R3000 and I want my money back as it was repeatedly admitted the fault was made by MTN, I have all the documentation regarding this. It is unacceptable that MTN expect payment on time but are very slow to refund credits! How far must a person go to get reponse?
