On the 14th of November I took my 8 day old Blackberry z10 in for repairs. i still don't have it back. The last sms says that it will be taken to the collection point but never received a sms to say i can collect it and that it is fixed. This is the 2nd z10 that Vodacom has provided me with - clearly there is a problem with z10's. I have asked the store person if I cannot exchange it for a different type of phone so that I can at least have a reliable phone and he said no. I have been a client for more than 10 years of vodacom - yet I am treated like a pauper.
