Poor service in cancelling contracts

I cancelled 5 contracts on 12 Dec which Mondo Mobile marketed to me. Only one was cancelled. Now nobody knows what is going on and I'm being sent from pillar to post. You leave me no alternative than to stop my D/O and see you in court.
