Struggle to migrate package

Hi, I went to the local mtn store at Middelburg mall to change my current contract to a "mtn use your own deals, mtn anytime 200 @ R109 on the 14/12/2013. After a week of no response went back to the shop on the 21/12/2013 and requested a ref # 7487067. After no response went back to store on 31/12/2013 to query why it's taking do long, she contacted the dealer support centre who told her it was a promotion and this expired on the 26/12/2013 and she can't help me further. I requested the upgrade well within the promo period, the lack of knowledge on how to change my contract is mtn's fault not mine, pls assist I still want the upgrade
