Activation Nightmare!

I took out your Smart S contract the 24th, got the phone lighting fast on the 27th, I thought this relationship would start out great. Too bad I still haven't been able to enjoy this phone. When I phoned, I was told my phone would be active the evening of the 27th, which didn't happen. When I went into one of your branches on the 28th, they told me that it takes longer on weekends, I should check Monday. On Monday the 30th, I phone the call centre, and despite me telling the lady TWICE that my old sim was still active, she told me to switch off both old and new phones for three hours, and it would work. After doing so, it still doesn't work. I phone again, only to be told that the actual porting of my sim was only scheduled for the 31st. After I speak to the team leader Tebogo, he assures me the port has been moved, porting would take place between 17:00 - 20:00. It didn't happen. My husband is having the exact same issue. You have got some nerve charging me R202 activation fee, and have me struggle like this in order for you to provide me a service. STOP MESSING ME AROUND AND GET THIS SORTED PLEASE.
