Sim card activation dalayed almost two weeks

Purchased an s3 samsung on thursday 1 agust then tried activating it then weekend they said it needs manual activation and they do not work on weekends which is 1 failer from vodacom. then i waited for monday nothing was done i got an sms on tuesady the 6. that phone is active but it keeps on saying "not registered on the network" then i called thursday 8 august then they said the micro simcard is not registered then i have to wait another 24 to 48hrs that i canot do if thats the case i wanna i would wish to cancell the contract before it even starts . i am tired the fact that we cant get hold of the people who do the actual activation and also the Vodacom staff doesnt have a direct contact to the activation section. so staying with useless phone is tiring i dnt know wherether what to do with this phone i wish i could just throw it away.

so that means i have waited almost 96 hours and still my phone is not active
