Good day,

I have been an Mtn customers since the day I owned a contract phone but I have always felt as a contract holder I'm far worse than just being a pay as you go customer. Since I have had a contract my bill has averaged R550 over the years only to in the last 3 months skyrocket to R 2000. I made query after a query only to be told a different story each time. You are on a promo option, you can't change to top up, you can't put a limit etc etc etc and being sent an excel "explanation" that. Says nothing. I am truly disappointed with Mtn. I use eita on my iPad I buy 3GB data at R149 and mtn tells me my bill for sept I used around 650 MB and there I paid for this 10 times what I pay for my iPad data. It does not make sense to me
