I have a data contract with Nashua Mobile which I took in December 2011. From then until April I have never exceeded the 2 gig that is allocated to me on a monthly basis.

All of a sudden, my bill for May 2013 shows I exceeded the 2 gig & also had an airtime usage of R254.87. My bill in June just came & I was shocked to see my airtime usage is R537.89. When I query it with their call centre, I am told that the amounts are correct & I am then sent an excel spreadsheet 'showing my usage'. The spreadsheets aren't of any help as it shows dates, times & duration which we as consumers must just accept is correct!

I am sick & tired of Nashua Mobile & their billing issues. How on earth can I exceed 2 gig & also use data to the value of R792.76 in such a short space of time. I'm starting to wonder if my data was even allocated to me in the first place! How can I go from never exceeding my monthly 2 gig to using airtime to the value of almost R800? My usage on my iPad has not increased so drastically.

A few months ago I cancelled my voice contract with them & I will be doing the same with my data contract. I am tired of being ripped off & not assisted properly when querying it!!!
