I logged a fault at one thirty today.
At two thirty I got an sms to say the fault had been logged.
A few minutes later the technician arrived.
He battled in the hot sun but had sorted out my problems (including digging up cables) by five to four.
He was very helpful and polite.
I am extremely impressed.
Well done Telkom.
