Heart attack account from MTN about Content charge

I received a bill for November and December from MTN with content charges on it for about a R1000. When I phoned MTn about this they gave me Inegrat number. I phoned integrat and they told me that I downloaded a antivirus that cost R7 a day. This is bull as the only antivirus I have on my cell is Avast and it is a free antivirus. The people at Integrat is also very rude and sarcastic. I did not sign up for this and demand my money back!!!
