Unauthorised Debit orders

I have never had any contracts with Elite Mobile, yet my account is being debited. I have tried to call the call center to cancel and request a full refund. I am still waiting for a call back from Elite Mobile. I made 5 calls today, spent an hour on the phone and was just sent from pillar to post.
